Polly Nemec

Owner, Certified Wedding Gown Specialist and Specialty Sales

Polly holds a B.A. degree from Hamline University. In 2008, Polly was responsible for the vision and starting the specialty niche business in TGR, while keeping the focus on core values of high-quality cleaning and excellent customer service.

Team Lead and Advanced Wedding Gown Specialist

Heather has worked in the customer service field since 2004 and has worked in dry cleaning since 2015 at St Croix Cleaners before becoming a team lead in 2018. Heather works on vintage items, wedding dresses, costumes and other specialty items. Her favorite part of working in TGR is seeing the before and after of preservation and restoration pieces, especially wedding gowns. Wedding Alterations & Design/ Advanced Wedding Gown Specialist

Monica went to Holy Angels in Richfield with the nuns! After graduation, she attended the U of MN and got a degree in Clothing Design with a minor in textiles. She started sewing when she was 5 making Barbie dresses by hand and learned to sew from her mom. Stan has over 40 years of sewing and alterations experience under his belt! Stan went to school for design in the Ukraine and opened up his own tailoring shop and worked in dry cleaning when he came to America. Stan’s been with St Croix Cleaners since 2017 and enjoys working on bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns. Cleaning and Wedding Gown Specialist

Emily has been with TGR since 2018 and has a bachelor’s degree in biology with a heavy focus in chemistry, so she understands the science behind the different fabrics and cleaning methods. She’s also a talented singer who enjoys performing in the church choir. She crochets for fun and is soon selling her makings to a boutique! Bridal Alterations’  Specialist

Natoma has an associate’s degree in apparel design from Minneapolis Community & Technical College as well as over 10 years of alterations experience. She enjoys working on wedding gowns, suits and dresses. Lorena has been with Treasured Garment Restoration since 2018 but previously worked on our production staff at St Croix Cleaners. She brings over 15 years of dry cleaning experience to her job. Michele is new to TGR but has been working with St Croix Cleaners since 2008! She prices specialty items, helps with customer service and works on theater costumes. Michelle loves working as a team and learning about different fabrics and materials.
